based on your earlier comment about wanting to "protect your investment" I could only guess that you have some sweet deal with the current management which would be at risk if management is changed. could be wrong but it certainly feels that way....
you are better off telling your mate Ash to focus on running MFD for the benefit of all shareholders and stop checking hotcopper. I have already sent FOR vote for all my holdings and cant wait for these guys to be foreced to resign.
