1. why did this current management cancel DRP when they were about to embark on a significant spending spree ?
2. Why did the current management bought centers behind shareholders back and tried to buy another 12 centers from Genius (which got knocked back by Riversdale)
3. On what basis has the CEO given himself 100%+ payrise ? Which performance criteria has he met which allowed this kind of salary rise ? why hasnt his returns not aligned with Shareholders through combination of options/shares allocation when business performance improves?
4. Why the CEO or Chairman hasnt bought any shares in the company when it is at historically low point and as per the Board - about to embark on significant growth?
5. Why has the CEO and Chairman been so reckless with spending that they have breached 2 financial covenants which makes them a going concern and technically Westpac could have pulled the rug out of all shareholders
