Before the Gen Mtg I would like, at the very least:
1. The incumbent board confirm which of the childcare centres was vended into MFD and which centres have been sold or are earmarked to be sold off, confirming if any were Genius vended centres- ie has any Genius vended centre been earmarked to be sold, or already been sold?
2. The incumbent board to confirm it will cancel the agreement between MFD and Genius, in the event it remains the board after the Gen Mtg vote. Not such a big deal if the board is genuinely prepared to remove an unacceptable conflict of interest.
