There are 3 centres sourced from Genius that are now considered by Genius related management to be non-performing and to be sold! Genius has therefore gained from past sales to MGD, and MFD shareholders have had to foot that bill!
AND already Genius has sourced another centre which has been valued questionably by Genius and that value accepted by Genius related MFD board. That is totally UNACCEPTABLE for any non-Genius shareholder. Thats why Genius will benefit and and us non-Genius shareholders will not get anything but crumbs.
