If he is so confident on the gRoWtH plan - why didnt he issued himself options to be converted to shares on some future milestone achievements

The last director recently resigned - Lubna Matta was a genius appointee - making entire board of Genius - FACT

The prior director John Adrian Kominsky - prior to this Genius management taking over held 150k Shares - FACT
