BB, you are entitled to your opinions but you are wrong. You would do better to stick to facts rather making false accusations and spreading disinformation.

Anyone that has read the company announcements would know that the reason Mayfield is in breach of its bank covenants and has cancelled the dividend is the mismanagement arising from the previous Riversdale appointed management, in particular the illegal billing practices resulting in a $1.4m provision.

Fortunately the lender has shown confidence in current management and taken no action in relation to breach of covenants. Shareholders must consider if the lender will be so accomodating should Riversdale take over.
