All I've seen is the current board acquiring another childcare centre in the past 6 months, blame of the past board for certain "dud" centres, and no dividend being paid!
If the current board has nothing to hide then it can provide the information i believe is important for shareholders to consider, and remove the conflict of interest by cancellation of the agreement.
