    Correct me if I’m wrong here, they are having an unscheduled GM just so they can issue themselves new shares. Are these guys on something thinking this is acceptable at these low SP and a prototype stalled as their DD on the manufacturer failed where the Co went into administration. What have they done, signed a few MoU’s. That’s a flat against from me until they can show we actually have something to award them for.
    Fn small caps, so over them ATM. Really starting to believe another lifestyle Co here.
