I was skeptical at first and still think the purchase price of DateTix was too high(the names coming with it better be worth it) but I think they might just pull it off. It seems no-one is taking notice of what is unfolding here, they are going to take this higher, much higher, they have to.
Is this a warning or a heads up that they will be raising $2mill at 40c? "The Company must raise a minimum of $2,000,000 through the issue of 5,000,000 Shares at $0.40 per Share (Minimum Subscription) in order to adequately fund its commitments and achieve its business objectives in the next 2 years for the DateTix acquisition to be completed"
A lazy $18500 buy today to leave the sell side with nothing again.
