Some real redflags for me when it didn't move away from the 20.5c price. Always best to go chart first because it was looking sick with a lot of supply.
KPI goalposts for their SaaS platform also look like they've changed with the integration of EMS. China fears from Corona also putting pressure on the share price. Bell Potter $70mil underwritten 20c shares are going to put a hold on the share price too. Not a lot to like imo. That said, Wilsons keeps on buying through thick and thin.
