Why are we f*ed? We get a safe dividend return of 10-20% longterm at current price, great return with low risk. All these fancy deals or even dishonest intransparent deals create uncertainty and potential shit return + more risk. If you look at historic general stock market returns, SP appreciation barely beat inflation while divs created outperformance. I want to allocate divs from JMS myself thats shy I bought, they had a clear mandate.
