Instead of seeing this as an opportunity, some people decide to buy high/sell low, unbelievable lol! In the stock market eventually only those who are patient make it!
I see this as an opportunity for an easy 50%+ upside and more, JMS is a very solid stock, we will still receive dividends in the future and yet the new board has plans for growth for the company, i.e. for JMS shares (just give the new board some time to move things forward, sit back and relax). Congrats to those who are holding/accumulating more for this bargain price, good things come to those who wait!
