No one is expecting to have a weekly catch up with the board, but if you spill leadership you wouldn't address the shareholders? "Thoughts on strategy" when you aren't in control are just thoughts and anyone can have them. Those words were literally promotion to get their way at the vote.
Now you have actually gotten your way, address the market with what your actions will be as the time for thoughts are over. If it's so clear you can even copy and paste it. If Hans complains about lack of communication then it should be something closer to his heart. We don't go sub 20 if people aren't guessing, unless sub 20 is what was wanted.
