When I got in, this company was 11 years old and run by a guy who seemed to be ready to build the business by building a new factory in an industry that seemed to be on the up-and-up.

There was no mention of lawyers then - and given my experience with the den of them at Slater-and-Gordon it probably influenced my decision. to buy-in.

By the time we found out about Omniblend it was pretty much a done-deal. But - hey!, things seemed to be moving in the right direction, even if there wasn't much of any performance. Given the hype from these guy, why wouldn't anyone want to believe them.

Lawyers again.
