A bargain is only when the products have not been on sale before and all of a sudden it has a sale of 60% - 80%
Its not a bargain if everyday price is on sale for 60% and all of a sudden you see a 80% off.
For example:
Suitcase are never sold at RRP, always 50-60% off
So are Scanpan cookware, always on 50-60% offRugs are always on sale at 70% off
But I guess you see HLF at 83% off from $0.43 been a bargain too....others see it as regular price.
