Performance shares.... ahem? anybody noticed the share price lately? Am I missing something ..... or is this because nobody votes at AGMs - and turning up for work qualifies?Seriously, if we do actually achieve something ..... how much reward will they expect then? cmon guys, stop taking the pi55, and the money for nothing. baring my ignorance though - i havent done my research ..... can somebody explain pls - what were the KPIs, vesting conditions required for conversion of these so called "performance rights" ? Obviously they weren't tied to market cap ie share priceWas it an agreement for a certain number of shares, or was it for " shares to the value of $ " TIA
