No, the change of the board was requested by Noble before the MOU financing ann.

The idea regarding the illegal action by this mob is that they potentially used info that was private and confidential giving them inside information thus providing an opportunity to spring this onto the board beforehand. I might be completely wrong with this assumption but that is how I read it from the ann's posted.

Anyone more knowledgeable than myself like to clarify or refute?
