Me thinks that you are reading more into the Directors recomendations in respect of Res 3 and 5 than you need to.

I have yet to talk to anyone that supported Res 2 & 3

I have not spoken to anyone who does not suppport Res 4 (Monash)

The offer to provide funds as per Res 2 would appear to have been withdrawn with consent. The withdrawal of a resolution prior to a meeting is not uncommon

The extra explanation in respect of Res 5 are in the best interest of an informed market, nothing is being hid, we have been given more information inorder that we may make a decission on which way to vote.

I might be biased but IMHO the 'Dream Team' Board is acting in our best interest, they do not have a hidden agenda.

It would be a brave man/woman (or previous CE) who would get up at the General Meeting and critise the current Board. Having said that I would defend the right of any shareholder to get up and have his/her say.
