A little clarity in announcements goes a looooong way don't you think ?

I am sure much has been edified.

Pity the resolutions took so long,,, and then still needed re-jigging in the end.

( Clarity, and edification, being in the eye of the beholder and relative to one's ability of course )

From a personal AND altruistic perspective re ECT, a T.O. any time soon would now seem less of an imminent threat imo.
