Outcome here is that the BOD might get BNL in a much better position before they chase a new trough to put certain snouts in - and maybe the "incentives" will be realistically incentives to performance.
At the moment, particularly in a market correction environment, trying this on is showing shareholders very little respect. BOD cannot point to anything really - not the SP or drilling - to justify the asset grab.
