Fair comment -I was in at 1.1 c, so relatively early. My big issue was that it took more than 1 year to get the permit.
When they applied in July 2020, they indicated approval should take 4 months ie Oct/Dec 2020. They failed to follow up to get approval prior to rule change in Jan 2021, which was well flagged to the industry prior to commencement date,.
The only good news is the 12 month CGT discount!
