Well done holders - welcome to people power.
I suspect when they were tallying up the votes, they realised that they would have these resolutions voted down and it was more embarrassing to have that happen so they withdrew the resolutions.
Anyway, good to see that the BOD was proactive in withdrawing the incentive resolutions.
Also, holders should realise now that they do have some power in the companies behaviour - and, hopefully, progress into the future.
