Nothing in their fin reports?
Are you honestly expecting them to mention Altura by name in their aged receivables section of their financials? Especially while in contract resolution. Why would anyone take a case to the Supreme Court of WA unless they believe they have the paperwork to show they are owed this money.
Im not saying who is right or wrong, that's up to the court to decide.
But quite obviously CVL believe they are owed money, approximately $2.4m excluding GST as per the claim.
I stated at the time of the claim against AJM that I would not be surprised if their auditor would have stated they need resolution of aged receivables to be able to sign off on the accounts. It appears that it cost CVL some 5% ($911k) of their bottom line this FY in loss allowance on their P&L.
They are certainly carrying some problematic aged receivables of $2.919m dollars. They Wrote down $911,000. They were carrying $2.363m in 2019.
