Ok it's 18th July and I haven't seen an announcement to advise that $28.5 million has been received from Tinkler.
So, when is this going to happen if at all?
I think Tinkler might have some other immediate priorities?
In my opinion, he is full of debt above his ears with no cash flow hence the bid for WHC to lift the valuation of his shareholding against his borrowings. Thus far the market does not believe him.
I believe the conditional offer was made for one reason and that was to get his lending ratio's in tact. His valuation has been falling for months in line with the coal market sentiment
