GENERAL: MEL: Update on payment of final instalment on Meridian shares
Meridian advises that Computershare has received funds relating to over 98%
of the outstanding instalment receipt amounts due by investors in Meridian.
In accordance with the process outlined in the Instalment Receipt Trust
Deeds, amounts received will continue to be processed, with the first
transfer of shares to investors who have paid in cleared funds taking place
on Thursday. A further announcement regarding this transfer of shares will be
made on Thursday, along with an announcement of the subsequent steps in the
process.
