Director nominations
For the purpose of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the
period for the nomination of directors opens today and will remain open until
5:00pm (New Zealand time) on 9 September 2014.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote
at the Annual General Meeting.
All nominations must be received by the General Counsel and Company Secretary
by 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on 9 September 2014.
