GENERAL: NFF: Appointment of new Group Executive, Manufacturing

Elbert Prado has been appointed to the position of Group Executive,
Manufacturing, with Nufarm Limited and will commence with the company on July
1.  Elbert replaces long standing Nufarm executive, David Pullan, who will
retire at the end of July.

Elbert is a Colombian national and US citizen with extensive international
experience in senior operations roles within the chemical industry.  Elbert
has spent most of his career with Rohm and Haas, with stints in Colombia,
Brazil and Mexico before assuming responsibility for all Latin American
operations, based in Miami.  He then moved to London, assuming a European
Regional Director role.

In 2007, Elbert was promoted to the position of Global Manufacturing and
Supply Chain Director for the Rohm and Haas process chemicals and biocides
business, with responsibility for 11 manufacturing sites in Europe, Asia and
the Americas and global supply chain.  Most recently, Elbert has been
employed in a senior operations role with the UK based trading group, ED&F
Man Holdings.

A chemical engineer, Elbert brings to Nufarm comprehensive experience and a
very strong skills set in crop protection manufacturing and related areas.
He served as Senior Safety Executive for the Rohm and Haas organisation and
has had broad exposure and interaction with commercial aspects of the
business.
Nufarm Managing Director, Doug Rathbone, acknowledged David Pullan's
contribution to the business and welcomed Elbert's appointment, saying he
will be a tremendous asset for the company.
