GENERAL: NFF: Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited- Distribution Payment 15 April

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rules 10.1.1 (a) & (b) and 10.2.3(c) (i), we attach
for lodgement  a pdf copy of ASX Form 3A.2 which has just been lodged with
ASX.

The Form 3A.2 provides the market with key details of the distribution
payment to be made by Nufarm Finance on 15 April 2015. 10 days prior to the
record date for the 15 April 2015 distribution payment, we will lodge an
Appendix 7 with NZX in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 7.12.2.

To comply with ASX requirements we will lodge 2 updated 3A.2 forms (i) to
confirm that the distribution payment is unconditional and (ii) to advise the
market of the New Zealand currency amount for the 15 April 2015 distribution.

Additional information relating to the new ASX forms:

The ASX Form 3A.2 is a new online form required to be lodged in Australia
under amended ASX Listing Rules.  The form provides the market with key
information relating to distribution payments to holders of the step-up notes
issued by the Company.   Timetable changes to the ASX Listing Rules have
accelerated announcements of distribution payments by 6 months, resulting in
the statement that the payment is conditional. As stated, this form will be
updated as required.  Simultaneously, we will give a copy of the form to NZX
in order to comply with NZX listing rules.  Future notifications will not be
accompanied with a covering letter.
