GENERAL: NFF: Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited

Further to the announcement of its parent, Nufarm Limited today, Nufarm
Finance (NZ) Limited announces that it has, together with certain other
Nufarm Limited subsidiaries, entered into and restated a group cross
guarantee of the obligations of Nufarm Limited and various of its
subsidiaries under the syndicated bank facility with a number of Australian
and foreign financial institutions.

The restated and amended facility will provide AUS$530 million facility which
will provide lines of credit to support Nufarm Limited's working capital and
general corporate financing requirements, including those of its
subsidiaries.  The majority of the new facility ($520 million) is for a term
of three years, with the balance of $10 million for a one year term.
