GENERAL: NFF: Security Trading Policy

The Nufarm Board today resolved to amend the Company's Security Trading
Policy.

The amendments extend the "blackout" periods during which trading may not
take place (clause 4) and makes it explicit that the policy applies to both
Nufarm Ltd and Nufarm Finance (NZ) Ltd.

A copy of the amended policy is attached.
