GENERAL: NTL: Letter to Shareholders Section 209 Notice
RECEIVING SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS (Section 209 Notice)
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March
2012 will be available on our website by June 30th 2012. You can obtain a
copy of this report at www.newtalisman.co.nz. New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd
has not prepared a concise Annual Report this year.
Our next Half Year Report for the six months to 30 September 2012, which is
required under the NZSX Listing Rules, will also be available on our website
in December 2012.
The Directors of New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd recognise the importance of
communicating with investors in a manner that is timely, environmentally
friendly and cost effective. We would therefore like you to consider
receiving reports in an electronic format.
Notwithstanding that these reports are available electronically, you can
