GENERAL: NZO: Changes to Cue Energy Board

New Zealand Oil & Gas notes Cue Energy has today announced changes to its
Board and welcomes the appointment of three new directors.

On 30 March New Zealand Oil & Gas announced it had acquired a 48.11 per cent
interest in Cue.
