GENERAL: NZO: Deeds of Indemnity

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.1.3(d) NZOG (New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd)
advises that it has entered into deeds of indemnity with two new directors,
in accordance with clause 28 of the company's constitution.

The new deeds of indemnity are consistent with the deeds of indemnity
previously entered into with the other directors.
