REL: 1335 HRS The New Zealand Refining Company Limited
GENERAL: NZR: Bank Deal Signed -$150 Million of Long Term Debt
Further to the announcement of 27 November, Refining NZ has today announced
that the Company has successfully negotiated long term banking facilities of
$150 million with two of its banks, the ANZ and BNZ.
The Long Term debt put in place supplements the Company's existing $300m
banking facilities, and is available for drawing subject to customary
conditions.
