GENERAL: NZR: Collective Agreement
Refining NZ is pleased to confirm that it has reached agreement with First
Union and the EPMU on a three year collective agreement ending June 2018.
During negotiations the progress of staff training on the Te Mahi Hou project
(TMH) had slowed. As a result, the Company now expects TMH to be commissioned
mid to end-November instead of early to mid-November, as communicated in
April 2015, still earlier than the project plan that we have reported against
over the past three years.
