REL: 0948 HRS The New Zealand Refining Company Limited
GENERAL: NZR: ERA Facilitated Meeting
Refining NZ, First Union and the EPMU ("the Unions") will attend a
Facilitated Meeting with the Employment Relations Authority on Friday 17
October in a bid to resolve outstanding issues.
Additional dates have been set for the following week (commencing 20 October)
for continued facilitative bargaining under the Employment Relations Act, if
required.
The Company continues to negotiate in good faith and can provide only limited
information while this dispute is under facilitation.
