GENERAL: NZR: Nominations for Directors
On April 30th 2013 the Annual meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company
Limited (trading as Refining NZ) will be convened.
At that Meeting an election of Directors will be held.
Pursuant to Rule 3.3.5 of the New Zealand Exchange Limited Listing Rules
nominations for Directors will be accepted up until close of business on the
5th March 2013.
Nominations should be forwarded to the Company Secretary.
