Share Trading Halt
Refining NZ (NZR) announces that it has been informed that Deutsche Craigs
has entered into a block trade agreement with Chevron New Zealand (Chevron),
to procure the sale of Chevron's entire shareholding (being approximately
11.368% of the shares in NZR) by way of a bookbuild to be organised by
Deutsche Craigs. Deutsche Craigs has requested that NZR seek a trading halt
until it confirms to NZR that the trade is complete.
Accordingly, NZR has requested a trading halt be placed on its ordinary
shares effective market open 28 May 2015 until open of trading on 29 May 2015
(or an earlier announcement from NZR).
Chevron's decision to sell its shares does not affect its arrangements under
its Processing Agreement with NZR.
