Under Listing Rule 10.5.5(j) NZSX listed companies (excluding overseas
companies) are required to include in their Annual Report quantitative data
on the gender breakdown of the Directors and Officers at the financial year
end. This rule came into effect for financial years ending on or after 31
December 2012.
Below is a summary of the results released under this rule. The period
indicated is that in which the information was released to the market by the
listed company.
