Consultation Memorandum and exposure draft of amendments to NZ Markets
Disciplinary Tribunal Rules
NZX has today released a Consultation Memorandum in relation to proposed
amendments to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules ("Rules") for public
consultation.
The proposals are aimed at improving aspects of the Tribunal's operation; the
most significant change relates to the structure of the Appeal Panel.
The Consultation Memorandum and an exposure draft of the Rules incorporating

The closing date for submissions is 14 March 2014.
