redeemable shares ("Restricted Shares") pursuant to the terms of the NZX
Employee Share Plan - Team and Results (the "Plan").
The total number of NZX Employee Restricted shares on issue is now 892,846.
The total number of NZX Fully Paid ordinary shares on issue remains
255,572,949.
