GENERAL: OCF: Origin successfully prices EUR500 million medium term notes

Origin Energy Limited (Origin) today announced the successful pricing and
allocation
of a EUR500 million (approximately US$646 million) seven year medium term
notes (Notes) issue under its Euro Medium Term Note Program. The Notes have a
coupon of 2.875 per cent and will mature in October 2019. The proceeds have
been swapped into US dollars at an average rate of 3.462 per cent per annum.
