GENERAL: OHE: Orion Health Changes ASX Listing Categories

ORION HEALTH CHANGES TO A FOREIGN EXEMPT LISTING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW ASX
LISTING RULES

13 October 2015

Auckland, NZ - Orion Health Limited (OHE) today announced it has changed
listing categories on the ASX from a Standard Listing to an ASX Foreign
Exempt Listing, effective from commencement of trading today, 13 October.
This follows amendments to the ASX Listing Rules announced on 10 September
2015 that allow an entity with its primary listing on the NZX Main Board to
alleviate its compliance burden as a dual-listed entity. For more information

In accordance with the new rules, Orion Health is no longer required to
produce Appendix 4C quarterly cash flow statements in accordance with the ASX
Listing Rules.

Orion Health will report 30 September cash flow as part of its Interim
Results Announcement in late November (date to be announced). At this time,
there will be a conference call and presentation for investors providing a
