Orion Health Healthier Populations Update
In the lead up to the Orion Health IPO we disclosed that we had signed
contracts with two U.S. Payers, and subsequently we have contracted with
Cal-INDEX who in turn contracted an additional Payer. We were also engaged
with other US Payers and we communicated that we would expect to start to
complete contracts towards the end of the first half of the financial year.
This market release is to provide an update on progress in this area.
Today we are working with these Payers and some new non Payer organisations
and most opportunities are progressing well. One Payer has just advised that
due to changing business priorities it has put its decision to proceed on
hold for 12 months to focus on more immediate priorities.
Additionally other significant opportunities have arisen in other market
sectors.
The net effect of the foregoing is that we foresee no material change to our
internal forecasts for FY16.
The pleasing aspect of these new opportunities is that they are in major
adjacent market areas such as pharmaceuticals and chronic care management.
