RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

ASX LISTING RULE 3.10A

Under an Escrow Deed between Orion Health Group Limited (OHE), Pioneer
Capital Management Limited and Pioneer Capital I Nominees Limited (Pioneer)
dated 28 October 2014 (Escrow Deed), 10,683,400 ordinary fully paid shares
held by Pioneer remain subject to voluntary escrow.  The shares represent
6.654% of the issued capital of OHE.

Escrow release will take place on 27 May 2015, being the first business day
after the release of OHE's preliminary results for the financial year ending
31 March 2015 in accordance with the Escrow Deed.
