that it was awarded four Stevie(R) Awards at the 2016 Stevie(R) Awards for
Sales & Customer Service including a Silver Award in the Customer Service
Department of the Year category. The awards were presented at a banquet in
the US on 4 March 2016 (PT).

service professionals. Stevie(R) Awards competitions receive more than 10,000
nominations each year from organizations of every type in more than 60
nations. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals
worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. More than 60 members of seven
specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie
Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging.
