Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PAY) ('Pushpay' or 'the Company') announces
that its shares will begin trading on the NZX Main Board at 10:00 am today
using the ticker code PAY. The Company ceased quotation of its shares on the
NZX Alternative Market (NZAX) yesterday.

the Company. We believe the move is in the best interest of shareholders and
