WELLINGTON EARTHQUAKES
Property For Industry Limited (PFI) advises that only cosmetic damage has
been reported at its Wellington properties following the recent earthquakes.
PFI has five properties in the Wellington region, their combined value
representing less than 5% of the company's total portfolio value.
More information will be released if further inspection of the properties,
which is ongoing, reveals more material damage than first assessed.
