First stage of Perpetual sale completed
To clarify PGC's earlier announcement, It has previously been announced that
Perpetual Trust Limited ("PTL") would be sold together with Perpetual Asset
Management Limited ("PAM") and Perpetual Portfolio Management Limited
("PPM").
PTL has not been included in the sale of PAM and PPM to van Eyk Research Pty
Limited.
The intention remains to sell PTL, and as noted in the announcement of
earlier today PGC expects to make a further announcement on this before the
end of March.
