James West and PGC - Agreed Terms of Settlement

PGC and Mr West are pleased to announce their dispute has settled. As part of
this settlement, PGC records that it accepts that Mr West acted on the
instructions of the managing director in paying bonuses on 30 March 2012, and
genuinely believed that he had the authority to arrange the payments.
